Don't have a tracking number yet?

Tracking numbers are issued when your order ships, not when it is placed. Orders are processed within 1-2 business day; you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with the number as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Tracking shows no movement

A new tracking number can take 2 to 5 business days to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean the package is lost. If there is still no movement after 7 business days, email support@techdepotusa.store with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with anyone else at the address and look for the package at side or back entrances; carriers sometimes scan a delivery a few hours early. If it has not turned up within 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we will help you file a claim.

Orders with more than one package

An order with several items may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. If one number shows as delivered and an item is still missing, check your email for a second shipping confirmation before contacting us.
