1. Who we are
This website is operated by TechDepotUSA ("TechDepotUSA", "we", "us", "our"), registered at 720 Laconia Ave, Staten Island, NY 10306, United States. By visiting techdepotusa.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, descriptions, and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Colors may appear differently on different screens, and manufacturers occasionally revise packaging or minor design details without notice. We do not warrant that every description, image, or specification is error-free. If you receive an item that materially differs from its description, it is covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, product offerings, and availability at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; the contract is formed when we ship the order. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — where the product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or a payment problem, where an order appears to be placed for resale, or where we cannot lawfully ship to the destination.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
7. Shipping, risk, and title
Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and international duties are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
11. Reviews and submissions
Product reviews and other content you submit must be your own honest opinion based on your own experience with the product. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our store.
12. Intellectual property
The TechDepotUSA name, logo, site design, and original text are our property. Product names, brand names, and manufacturer images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any trademark.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, the site and the products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDepotUSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TechDepotUSA against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the consumer protection law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order; the "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
