Good to know
Magnetic levitation devices produce a strong magnetic field at close range. Keep the base a few inches away from credit cards, hotel key cards, mechanical watches, hard drives, and pacemakers or other implanted medical devices. Place it on a level surface — a tilted or unstable base makes the floating element drift or drop.
